We have a mandatory two hour minimum. That means if you move takes a hour you’ll pay the two hour minimum for any service provided. All moving needs come standard with (2) movers.
Labor Only Move:
Labor Only: When your move only requires strong men and no truck, the base rate is $295, and there’s an additional $135 per hour thereafter.
Note: If this is a Load Only or Unload Only job, all customers must provide the necessary supplies and equipment for the movers, such as protective blankets, ratchet straps or tiedowns, and dollies.
Packing Service:
Packing Service: We provide all the necessary packing materials, including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and markers for labeling boxes. Additionally, we offer TV boxes. The base rate is $295, and there is an additional charge of $135 per hour thereafter, in addition to the cost of the packing materials.
When life becomes challenging and you are unable to pack your kitchen before the movers arrive, entrust us with the task of packing your kitchen.
Piano Move:
If you’re moving pianos, it’s a flat rate service. Rate is $600 (This does not apply to electric keyboards or pianos. However, it does apply to grand pianos, upright pianos, digital pianos, baby grand pianos, console pianos, and spinet pianos.)
This is the only flat rate service we provide!
Full Service Move With Truck
Full Service Move with Truck: We provide everything you need, including a truck, protective pads, protective wrap, ratchet straps, tools for disassembly and assembly, and more. The base rate is $395, and there’s an additional $185 per hour thereafter (this hourly rate only applies to the standard two movers).
Additional Movers:
$40/per additional mover added to the hourly rate. Exp: (3) movers cost $225/hr (4) movers cost $265/hr (5) movers cost $305/hr.
LONG DISTANCE & OUT OF TOWN RELOCATIONS
Kindly contact us via phone or email. We offer virtual estimates to all customers based on the inventory list provided by you. Additionally, we provide in-person estimates for a fee of $60.

Disclaimer: Home Sweet Moving will not complete any move under hazardous conditions. This includes infestations of any pests or animals, such as bed bugs, gnats, ants, roaches, spiders, and rats. If the movers arrive and discover an infestation before the move, they will charge a minimum of two hours and will not touch or move any furniture. If your belongings are discovered on the truck after the infestation is discovered, you will be charged a $500 infestation fee, no exceptions. Please ensure that all walkways are cleared of obstacles. During the winter season, please ensure that all walkways are salted to prevent slipping.
